Service description
Comienzos lets you share stories about the moment you started. We seek authentic, unfiltered stories.
Registration and account
To publish, authenticate via LinkedIn OAuth. Provide truthful information and protect credentials.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
User content
You retain rights to your content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to operate the platform.
Do not post illegal, defamatory, offensive, spam, or unauthorized promotional content. We review stories before publishing.
Acceptable use
Do not access restricted areas, use bots, collect data without consent, or spread malware.
Do not impersonate or undermine security.
Intellectual property
Comienzos brand/design are protected. Do not use them without written authorization.
Limitation of liability
Platform is provided "as is." No warranty of error-free service. Not liable for damages or user content.
Indemnification
You will indemnify us for claims arising from your use, term violations, third-party rights, or content.
Service changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the platform at any time without liability to you.
Termination
We may suspend access if you violate terms. We may delete your content. Some obligations survive termination.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes resolved in Spanish courts.
